Loneliness vs Aloneness - A spiritual Journey to Self with AÏYKA
Wednesday Nov 17, 2021
Wednesday Nov 17, 2021
What is Loneliness?
Loneliness is one of the inescapable human conditions we all suffer from. There are time when we all feel lonely even in the midst of crowds, with some of the people we hang out with and not to mention, in our own company too! Even when we are surrounded by people, we would yearn to spend more time alone.
Learning to live in the present moment and accept our loneliness without any resistance, we could experience a joyful space around that loneliness rather than being immersed in it and suffer.
What is Aloneness?
In contrast to loneliness which is unpleasant, painful and miserable, Aloneness is solitude, a feeling of completeness, where we discover our Self, our Soul, with the realization that our Soul is not Alone, but is eternally connected to everything else around us. Aloneness is when we go beyond the mind and our body, and allowing our ego to be melt away, letting our soul to illuminate and express it’s natural, pure self, – the ultimate joy!

Sunday Nov 14, 2021
Sunday Nov 14, 2021
We think that if we frighten people away, we can avoid being hurt even more. In fact, just the opposite is the case. Covering wounds with armor makes them difficult to heal.
Cursing people only makes us not receive the necessary love and care. If this description is right for you, it is time to stop the fight.
There is countless love for you if you allow it to approach you.
Start by forgiving yourself: because you deserve it. "Osho"

Saturday Nov 13, 2021
Saturday Nov 13, 2021
It's time to face up to the fact that the past is gone, and any effort to repeat it is a sure way to stay stuck in old blueprints that you would have already outgrown if you hadn't been so busy clinging to what you have already been through.
Remember that everything is going to go out of your hands and become yesterday. Clinging will simply create misery.
It's time to let go. "Osho"

Guilt - A spiritual Journey to Self with AÏYKA
Friday Nov 12, 2021
Friday Nov 12, 2021
Guilt, it sits on your chest like a rock, it crushes you, it does not allow you to dance, to love, to sing. Ask yourself , how can guilt Dance, Love, or Sing? How can you enjoy Life if you are continuously feeling guilty? How can you live joyously?
If you’ve done or said something to feel guilty about? It is far better to do something like apologize or make amends, recognize what you did or say wrong, honor it, and then drop it. It doesn’t need to control you now. It certainly doesn’t need to affect your self-esteem. Yes, that’s all easy to say. But it really can be as easy as that. It’s up to you. If you make the firm decision to drop it any time it comes up, it will eventually fall away by itself.
You can certainly learn from the experience and let it guide you in the future. This is an opportunity for you to grow into the Divine that you are.

A small wildflower that has met the challenge of the rocks and stones in its path to emerge into the light of day.

When we are faced with difficult situation we have a choice: we can either be resentful or we can face the challenge and grow.
